Tierberg Region near Sustenpass

This is a view of the Tierberge, a popular tour for glacier lovers. Set high in the Steingletcher (Stone Glacier) valley, the private, mountain track runs out here. The run-off water from the glacier  is crystal clear and the delata, with its short reeeds and cotton grass fluttering in the wind demanded to be painted. Faber Castell hard pastels followed by highlights with softer pastels from Unson and Schminke. No fixing.
